ExtraMile are #ONEINAMILLION to The Donna Louise. They have supported us for many years, and in lots of different ways.
The digital marketing agency have designed, hosted and gifted our websites since 2014 and all our email newsletters since 2010. Their Chairman, Nick Evans, served as a Trustee for three years and Gabrielle Hadley, Managing Director, rowed from Tower Bridge to the Eiffel Tower as a member of team Tower to Tower in 2015 and helped to raise over £300,000 and raised £20,000 climbing Kilimanjaro in 2012.
When we decided to rebrand, it was clear that we needed to update our website too. And it quickly became obvious that a refresh would not be sufficient to reflect the new face of The Donna Louise; we needed a whole new site. It promised to be a huge project, with lots of work and lots of time required. At that stage, and without hesitation, ExtraMile said that they wanted to gift the project to the hospice.
Gabrielle, explains why, “Doing a great job for a great charity is very important to us. Our gifts to The Donna Louise reflect our ethos of giving back to the community whenever we can. The team love working with the staff from the hospice – they’re all great marketers and we spark off each other! Seeing the organisation succeed and grow is what all our work is about, but, in the end, our view is that if we can make life easier for the families that The Donna Louise serves, then that’s well worthwhile.”
The team, based in Staffordshire, have worked tirelessly to build a first-class website that really shows who we are. It’s user-friendly, modern and packed full of amazing images of our children, young adults and families. We could not be happier with what ExtraMile have delivered and we cannot thank them enough.

When they offered to completely overhaul it last year as part of our re-brand we were bowled over by their generosity.
