The Donna Louise Hospice for Children & Young People provides a lifeline to hundreds of families across Staffordshire and South Cheshire who are facing every parent’s worst nightmare; the heart-breaking knowledge that they will almost certainly outlive their child.

We provide specialist care and support services for children with life-shortening conditions, due to illness or injury, from birth until they no longer need us. Your support makes this possible.

In March 2021 The Donna Louise was amalgamated into Douglas Macmillan Hospice (Dougie Mac). Operating as one hospice, across two sites and out in the community, we will offer a broad spectrum of palliative and end of life care services for children, young people and adults. The unification of children and adult sevices is a landmark achievement which will ensure local people and their families continue to receive exceptional care for as long as they need it.
