As a children’s and young people's hospice, every decision we take is informed and guided by the needs of the children and families we support. In line with the latest advice from Public Health England in mind, we are restricting access to the hospice to only those who are receiving or delivering services to our children, young people and families, or providing essential services.

Our cautious approach is aimed to minimise disruption of the services we provide to children and young people; they are a particularly vulnerable group, with many who are immuno-compromised. Contracting a virus such as this could quickly become very serious.

We therefore ask that all patients, relatives, friends, staff, volunteers, contractors and any other potential visitors consider whether they could be a potential carrier of the coronavirus before visiting our Hospice and retail shops.

Please check this guidance before visiting us and note that the guidance is subject to change at any point, and should be regularly reviewed.

If you have any concerns about your potential exposure to the coronavirus infection, you should contact 111.

Regarding upcoming events, we will continue to follow government advice; while postponing events such as the 10k & 5k Family Fun Run or our Annual Ball would have a huge impact on our income, the wellbeing of our children, families, staff, volunteers and supporters is of the utmost importance. We will keep our supporters fully updated, so please do check our website for the latest event updates.

We thank you for your cooperation during this time.
