Fundraisers at The Donna Louise Hospice for Children & Young People are hoping for an incredi-bubble turn out for the foamiest fundraising event of the year: Bubble Rush, which is coming to Hanley Park on Sunday 22nd September.
The family-friendly fun run will start in a sea of foam and feature four bubble stations where foam canons will be pumping out masses of coloured bubbles.
Bubble Rush events take place around the country, but this is the first time the fun run has visited Staffordshire. The fundraising team at The Donna Louise hope that families from across the Potteries and the surrounding areas will get their bubble on and raise a froth-tastic sum by getting sponsored to take on the bubbles.
Zoë Gregory, Event Manager at The Donna Louise commented, “We are so excited to be the official charity partner for Bubble Rush! There’s no minimum or maximum age limit, and the course is pushchair and wheelchair-friendly, so everyone is welcome! It’s a great fun event for families and friends to get together for a fantastic cause. By raising sponsorship, every bubbly step that participants take will help us to continue to care for children and young adults living with life-limiting conditions, and support their families.”
